To work with the poor and marginalized section of the society especially women and children on the issue of their rights and livelihood security.
Our vision
A self-reliant rural community around Diamond Harbour where women, children and young people have secure livelihoods, continuous learning and equal access to the digital economy.
How the trust began in Diamond Harbour
A small group of friends and local professionals in Diamond Harbour kept seeing the same three problems: women with skill but no income, children dropping out of school before class eight, and families losing everything each cyclone season. In 2019 they came together and constituted a Sub-Registrar so the work could be documented, audited and continued beyond any one person.
The name reflects the founding belief — that freelance, independent and self-reliant work is the most realistic future for young people in this block. Our motto stayed simple: “It Is Such A Happiness When Good People Get Together”.
Over the years the trust grew into vocational training batches, child learning centres, women's self-help groups and relief drives across villages around Diamond Harbour, run largely by local volunteers.
Bridging village livelihoods with the digital economy
Skill training alone is no longer enough. The same young people we train now have a legitimate route into website, app and software work.
Handicraft Training
Practical trades that create income within months — tailoring, handicraft, beautician skills, computer basics and spoken communication.
Medical Camp
Community health support through medical camps, awareness programmes and access to basic healthcare services.
Child Learning Centers & Education
Neighbourhood learning centres that keep first-generation learners in school with daily coaching, materials and nutrition support.
Women Empowerment & Livelihood
Self-help groups, rights awareness and livelihood support so women earn with dignity and take decisions in their own households.
Food Distribution & Community Relief
Dry ration, cooked meals and emergency relief during cyclones, floods and lean seasons in coastal South 24 Parganas.
Arranging Marriage Ceremony
Support for families who need assistance in arranging dignified marriage ceremonies for eligible individuals in the community.
Supporting the Specially Abled
Support and inclusion initiatives designed to improve dignity, accessibility, opportunity and participation for specially abled individuals.
We started this trust in Diamond Harbour with a simple belief: good people getting together can change what a village expects from life. For years our work has been vocational training, child learning centres, women's livelihood groups and relief for families who had nowhere else to turn. Today we are adding a digital chapter — teaching young people the language of websites, apps and online services, and giving them an honest, investment-free way to earn from it. Nothing about our promise has changed: no deposits, no guaranteed income, only real work and real support.

The rules we do not bend
These commitments apply to every trustee, volunteer, staff member and digital referral member.
Honesty over hype
We publish no income promises. Every communication states that earnings depend on real conversions and delivery.
No investment culture
Members never pay to join, upgrade or unlock ranks. If anyone asks you for money in our name, report it.
Skill before reward
Orientation, service knowledge and communication training come first. Rewards follow competence.
Digital inclusion
Small towns and first-time earners deserve the same access to digital work as metro professionals.
Client-first delivery
A referral is only successful when the business receives genuine value from the project delivered.
Transparent records
Referral status, project stage and wallet history are visible to the member at every step.
