The Freelance Future Foundation Member App is a digital platform for members of Freelance Future Foundation. It provides membership management, digital identification, community participation, livelihood-related services, referral-related features and other Foundation services.

Freelance Future Foundation may use the registered communication headers FFFORG and FFFNGO for sending official SMS and other service-related communications to its members and users.

These headers are operated and used by Freelance Future Foundation for legitimate organizational communications, including account registration and verification, OTPs, account approval, login credentials, service notifications, membership updates, security alerts and other Foundation-related communications.

If you receive a communication from FFFORG or FFFNGO that you believe is incorrect, unauthorized, suspicious or unrelated to Freelance Future Foundation, please contact us at support@ff-foundation.in for verification or assistance.

Personal information: Full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, blood group, profile photograph, address and other basic profile information.

KYC information: Aadhaar or other identity information and documents provided for identity and membership verification.

Banking information: Bank account details, account holder name, bank name, IFSC code and supporting bank documents where required for applicable membership, payment, income or account-related services.

Health information: Blood group, medical reports or other medical information voluntarily provided by users for relevant healthcare, support or care-related purposes.

Technical information: Basic device, operating system, app version, session, error and diagnostic information necessary for operating and securing the App.

To create and manage your member account, member ID and digital identity.

To verify your identity, membership information and KYC documents.

To process registration and account approval.

To provide membership, livelihood, education, healthcare, welfare and community-support services where applicable.

To calculate, verify and maintain applicable referral, income, wallet or reward records.

To send OTPs, account notifications, service updates and important communications.

To provide customer support and respond to your requests.

To maintain security and prevent unauthorized access, misuse or fraudulent activity.

To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Your registered mobile number may be used for OTP-based registration, verification and authentication.

Your mobile number may also be used to send important account, security and service-related notifications.

The App may request camera or photo/document access when you choose to capture a profile photograph or upload identity, banking, medical or other supporting documents.

These permissions are used only for the relevant features and based on your action or permission.

The App may support fingerprint or facial authentication where supported by your device.

Biometric authentication is handled through the security mechanisms provided by your device's operating system. The App does not receive or store your actual fingerprint or facial biometric data.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Information may be accessed or shared only when reasonably necessary to provide Foundation services, identity verification, authentication, communication, technical infrastructure, hosting, payment-related processing, legal compliance, security or fraud prevention.

Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us and subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell member personal information.

We do not rent personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

We do not use member information for unrelated purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse or destruction.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials, OTPs and devices from unauthorized access.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain membership and reward records, fulfill operational requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, protect our rights and comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized or securely disposed of, subject to applicable legal requirements.

You may request deletion of your Freelance Future Foundation Member App account and applicable associated personal information.

To request account deletion, please email support@ff-foundation.in with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'.

We may verify your identity before processing the request. After verification, applicable account information will be deleted or anonymized, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial records or regulatory requirements.

Where an account deletion option is available within the App, users may also initiate the deletion request through the relevant account or settings section.

The App is not specifically intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us at support@ff-foundation.in.

The App may use third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, communication, infrastructure, analytics or other technical services.

Such providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and may have their own privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements or privacy practices.

The latest version will be published through the App or our official website. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
